The second of our ocean front apartment refurbishments was again primarily focused on enhancing the relationship between the interiors and the uninterrupted water views. In this instance, Archengine designed a hollowed box in the living area which housed the audio visual componentry and as well as providing storage. The apartment services, which included a hidden wet bar, were set to the rear behind a fabric wall. This enabled the apartment to flow seamlessly from the living areas through to the master suite.
