This project involved the partial redesign and documentation of twenty one apartments in Penshurst, originally designed by Nicholas Back. The redesign focused on maximising the open plan living areas in all apartments and satisfying the current BCA regulations and Australian standards. Soon to be under construction, this is the first project Archengine has been involved in that may directly benefit from the government's low income housing stimulus package.
