EARLWOOD PENTHOUSES

Essentially an alterations and additions project, the brief to design two penthouse apartments for the top level of an existing apartment building in Earlwood has grown to the point that the new architecture of the upper level has been carried throughout all floors. The result is a far higher standard of architectural product than currently exists on the site, maximising the potential long term yield. For inspiration we drew on the work of the late modernists, creating a type of architecture that could readily incorporate the rigid rectilinear geometry of the existing building.
