What began as a simple addition to an existing house in La Perouse has grown to incorporate a series of integrated private and public courtyards that meld seamlessly into the building itself. Stylistically, the project draws heavily from Richard Neutra and the West Coast American modernists enabling us to retain the integrity of the original building design within the new scheme; a key ingredient in the client brief.
