Nestled behind an inconspicuous heritage facade, this dense infill development maximises the site yeild whilst still maintaining privacy. Taking advantage of the dual frontages of this compressed inner city block, Archengine managed to create two entirely separate two storey townhouses, each with their own distinct identity. The material palette of both the interiors and exteriors reflects the harsh urban context of the site.
